Why did the constable commit suicide? He was asked to go before the Medical Board for extension leave which he did not like ( as given in the News paper) He was in a depressed mood and cridis intervention could have saved a life.Britishers introduced theMedical Board system in order to prevent sick people coming to office when they are not fully recovered to prevent infection to others. Now it is used differently thinking that the board would say or order to go for work and wont extend the leave. Its not the case.When an induividual goes on medical leave the cause should be investigated.
There is a need for humane approach.
